- Consumer-hotlines used for complaints and for claiming the proper fulfillment of the contract (eg. aftersales hotlines) must not be expensive special numbers. They have to be mentioned in every correspondence.
- Aftersales services mustn´t be provided exclusively in another languages than French without informing the consumers accordingly ex ante.
So we recommend the following number ranges as aftersales hotlines: FreeCall, Landlines and 0811 (local rate)
