The widget allows content from our LinkedIn company page to be displayed directly on our website. When the widget is loaded, a connection to Elfsight’s servers and, if applicable, to LinkedIn is established. Information about data processing in connection with the AI Voice Agent – AI TEL

As part of our services, we use AI Voice Agents to receive and process enquiries. The use of an AI Voice Agent requires the audio recording of the conversation to be stored and the spoken content to be transcribed into text using speech-to-text technology. Responses generated by the AI Voice Agent are converted into spoken language using text-to-speech technology. To identify and correct possible transcription errors, the audio recording must be stored until your enquiry has been processed. We also store your telephone number and any other information you provide for the duration of the processing of your enquiry. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, based on your consent, and Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, where processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract. For the technical implementation of the AI Voice Agents, we use the service provider Retell.

If you wish to receive our newsletter, we need a valid e-mail address from you, as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of this e-mail address or that the owner agrees to receive the newsletter. Further data is not collected. These data are used only for the purpose of sending and evaluating the use of the newsletter. By registering for the newsletter, we store your IP address and the date of registration. This storage serves as evidence in the event that a third party misuses an e-mail address and logs on without the knowledge of the authorized person for the newsletter reception. To send our newsletter, we use the e-mail tool CleverReach, which is operated by CleverReach GmbH & Co. KG, Rastede, Germany. Your data will also be saved by CleverReach. CleverReach offers evaluation options on how the newsletters are opened and used. Your data will not be passed on to other third parties for the receipt of the newsletter and CleverReach does not obtain any right to transfer your data. Your consent to the storage of the data, the e-mail address and their use for sending the newsletter can be revoked at any time. The revocation can be made via a link in the newsletters themselves or by notification to the contact options below.

We retain your contact details for the purpose of sending the newsletter until you withdraw your consent. The lawfulness of any newsletters sent before your consent was withdrawn remains unaffected.
